This probably sounds crazy, but stores requiring people to wear masks almost seems like a warmup/test to the mark of the beast ("that no man should buy or sell lest he wear the mark of the beast"). I know, I know. I'm not someone who can quote the Bible, I don't even go to Church, but I do pay attention to signs, and what other knowledgeable, serious Christians have to say, and I really wonder. Like a lot of stuff straight out of the Bible has been happening, the story of Nehemiah comes to mind. Still waiting for Christine Blasey Ford to fall out of a window and get devoured by dogs (story of Jezebel) though, ha ha. Anyway, if we get a mandatory mask order where I'm at I hope I can find work-arounds to do what I need to do and not wear a mask to shop.

Yeah, this has been a real wake up call. I've been reading prepper/self-sufficiency books and blogs for a long time, but shame on me for not actually putting the advice into action. I mean I have some skills, like gardening and preserving food, but I've been doing those more for fun/personal challenge. I want to get where we have at least a year's worth of food and necessities stored. Like the Mormons do.
