Disagree. The mask is to protect other people. We know there are lots of asymptomatic carriers and tons of people have antibodies now. So you probably won't know if you're sick or not.
I struggle to understand why there is any hesitation to take every step we can to open the economy back up as safely as possible. I would wear a mask every hour of the day if it helped get people back to work and bring our economy back.
the issue is full sale buying into what they say about COVID19.
the projections of millions of american deaths (ferguson Imperial College model) were theoretical nonsense.
Real death rates are probably lower than reported bc CDC said its okay to mark any death as COVID19 even if they never tested for it (there is a difference between dying WITH an illness and dying FROM an illness, a distinction the medical "authorities" have decided to obliterate). Plus to mention, hospitals get more money per covid death, per covid patient on vent, etc. etc. so theres weird financial motive and pressure from CDC to write these things off as COVID deaths, even if they realistically arent.
Further, as data rolls in in real time from state to state, it is becoming clearer that more people have already had the infection to begin with (antibody tests)...which shrinks the death rate even more.
the idea that there is some invisible enemy out there is becoming more and more clearly, a media and governmental fabrication--but they are using it to encroach upon our rights as humans.
This thing is, realistically, like any other ILI we see every season. And I am sure people will get mad, tell me Im wrong, and quote the CDC and the WHO and whatever, but you have to take a step back and wonder why the media has been hyping this shit up since December ("tonight, the deadly coronavirus!"), if not to prime everyone and their dog to be terrified of the new "invisible enemy". Its very dubious.
Its disturbing how many people have fallen for the charade, even after witnessing the crash of our economy and the impact this will have forever on small businesses and peoples abilities to make a living. Fear is a marvelous tool; it makes people so, so easy to control
