Typical fake news tactic.

  1. Print an outrageously fake story.
  2. All other news organizations pick it up and reprint it.
  3. Story is debunked.
  4. Original publisher prints a retraction.
  5. The other 100 news outlets that reprinted it say nothing since it wasn't their story.

They have this down to a science.

I agree. Missing fathers aren't the only thing that can destroy a family. It's also really bad when the parents are addicted to drugs and/or alcohol, especially if it's the father. The father is supposed to be the head of the household, and everything falls apart when he's unstable and shitfaced all the time. He abuses the spouse and the children (not necessarily physically, it can also be mental, verbal, and/or emotional abuse) and then people wonder why the kids end up unstable and have mental health issues. This is why. When the parents are broken, the children end up becoming broken as well. It's a nasty cycle that is very hard to break out of.

This also is deliberate. LSD pushers in the 60s and 70s were government plants. Crack in the 80's was a government operation. I played a song with an original artist "hole in Daddy's arm," the next line being "and that's where all the money goes." This is especially demoralizing as a musician, because the best instrumental musicians of the 1950's were largely addicted to heroin, until Clifford Brown showed them all you could be a great jazz musician while sober and living a clean life. He died in a car accident at age 25.

And here we are, back to a heroin epidemic. After our troops being in the global center of poppy production for 2 decades, and seeing their poppy cultivation increase many times over. Taliban was against poppy use or production, and had reduced it greatly. All our "war on drugs" is clearly a disinformation campaign, our government works to keep people unstable and shitfaced. MSM works to make black people think it targets them, make white people think it targets them, make conservatives think it targets them, etc.

The fact is they hate us all and want to kill as many as possible, disarm as many as possible especially those they fear might become leaders, destroy the family and replace it with the State, and generally bring us to the end of Orwell's 1984: "a boot to the face of humanity, forever."

The current "pandemic" also serves to distract people from the epidemic of heroin and other drug use. I'm not suggesting that's the major reason, but globohomos consider it a nice perk. People are designed to live with purpose! Focusing on defeating globalism / globalists is sadly our purpose, rather than getting to be creative.

Fuck off with your "the boomers" bullshit! I'm a baby boomer and I'll beat you in the ring, on the mat, in a hockey rink, or on skis. I bench press more than you do, I leg press more than you do, and I'll disarm you no matter what weapon you have. DJT is a baby boomer.

A "boomer" is a nuclear submarine, the most effective part of our nuclear triad. With no scheduled replacement, substantially reducing our deterrent value in M.A.D.

Don't buy into the evil leftist scum ideology that everyone in ANY group is somehow a homogeneous block. Everyone born in an 18 year period is identical in ANY respect just because of one identifying feature? That's the original definition of "identity politics" and you're smart enough to know that's EVIL.

Stop propagating evil. If you want to talk about your Dad, talk about your Dad. Don't assume it pertains to anyone but your Dad.

Ok, you may have a point that people born from '46-64 grew up with TV and haven't adjusted to "life after Television." (a book title by George Gilder, born in 1939) Data may support that, on average, my generation may still watch TV more than younger generations, especially those that grew up after the internet was created. Not surprising, really; but you're still wrong to generalize like this. I am by no means the only baby boomer that hasn't watched TV since they first scrambled the broadcast. What year was that?

Google is "captured infrastructure." Most websites are. Very little social media isn't. I'd hope it's obvious that the main reason we're here and the main reason this website exists is we aren't "captured." We don't have data on our membership, but a lot of baby boomers are here. You'd be surprised how many don't watch TV. Hopefully it remains true that gen Z doesn't watch TV much if at all. Even though it's not really agreed upon yet when gen Z starts or ends.

There's always been a "generation gap" but realize the obsession on it is just another globalist divide and conquer strategy, to get Americans to hate one another. They'd love it if we devolved into Civil War. Let's not fall into their trap, ok?

Imagine being such a biased reporter that you don’t even call the primary target of your story to confirm whether your story is truthful or not.

Not only don’t verify with primary target, but don’t cite any sources. Keep them anonymous. “sources from Trump’s orbit” oh yeah? Was it Eric CIAramella? How many FBI, IRS, CIA, State, DOD deep staters are on Politico’s speed dial. Maybe it was LtCol Vindman’s fat brother.

WaPo, BuzzFeed, and NYT have been doing this smear for 4 years now .

2
CuomoisaMassMurderer 2 points ago +2 / -0

It started in June 2015, at the latest. The coup started then. Shampeachment started then. This is a far bigger scandal than watergate ever thought about being.

NotaRussian_Bot 17 points ago +17 / -0

TDS is like far leftism and hardcore atheism. It's a religion where the infected mind invested so heavily into some unsustainable crap that they rather sink with it than admit they're wrong. (Lighter version of it has some thin-skinned people realized they've been conned by con man but refuse to admit they're wrong out-right, and will be triggered every time you bring a truth-bomb.)

Come election time, the MSM-led fools will believe that President Trump is beholden to the Chinese bank, just like they will continue to believe that President Trump recommended that people could disinfect themselves of the Wuhan virus by injecting themselves with Lysol and bleach,..., all the way back to the first Big Lie: that the President said that white supremacists and KKK-types were "good people".

I can't keep track of all the thousands of lies and half-truths since DJT came to high office.

3
CuomoisaMassMurderer 3 points ago +3 / -0

That wasn't "the first big lie." Remember the elevator ride down when he challenged the taboo that you can't talk about enforcing immigration law. He had the audacity to be obviously right, that those willing to break immigration law are not the people we want here. That Mexico's best come here on business, write off the expenses of the trip as business expenses, and enjoy their time here before going back home because they want to. That those who come here illegally have already broken our laws and obviously don't respect the rule of law. That a higher percentage of these people are going to commit other crimes too.

And MSM spun that as "Trump says all Mexicans are racists."

I would consider that to be "the first big lie." And it's so obviously phony! Yet people still believe that. I know people that have said to my face "they don't care what he meant." "It doesn't matter that [they're] being unreasonable."

And then they try to conflate their emotions with wisdom. That's what people are going into debt to go to College to learn.

7
hai_Priesty 7 points ago +7 / -0

"The public", meaning low information financially illiterate people who fall for celebs and whatever crappy made in China branded junk they push.

I mean, without looking even at the article I had good confidence that like Trump's "6 bankruptcies" it'll be either fake or grossly inaccurate. What's wrong with Trump (or any real estate billionaire) borrowing money to finance their deals? Financially illeterate people doesn't know leverage, or how slow money grows if every investment is financed by your savings like the working class people..... and fall for cheap lines of "because Trump is broke" and "no banks wants to lend him".

Those people will continue to be sheeples living at best hand-to-mouth and worse up eyeballs of debt and blame the society and rich people even though they're rich enough to have latest iphone and society's so good and stable to them that they manage to eat so well till obese at min. wage.

3
CuomoisaMassMurderer 3 points ago +3 / -0

Add to this an interesting fact I discovered: DJT turned his first million (yes he got it from his Dad) into a potential 26 million in income PER MONTH.

Present a business plan like that to any bank and they'll be tripping over themselves to not only make you the loan, but to give you more.

29
Epic_Caramel 29 points ago +29 / -0
  1. Weeks, months later when you get in an argument on reddit some NPC will bring up the original story like it's a fact, and if you correct them you'll get buried. It doesn't matter that it's retracted, they feel like Trump is the kind of person who would do something like this, and that's all the proof they'll ever need.
8

4
thegeebeebee 4 points ago +5 / -1

That's exactly what we did on the leftist subs. We'd never allow any critical thinking on issues that could be disproven through facts.

Keep in mind, a lot of the updates are stealth. You can't even cite the fact it was amended or corrected. Other times, only right wing media cite the lies and truths. And we don't let those get referenced, at all.

1
CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

Your meaning is not clear. Who did what on leftist subs? Who repressed critical thinking?

Who doesn't let "lies and truths" get referenced?

1
thegeebeebee 1 point ago +1 / -0

Leftists cannot allow any dissent. I'm way into that stuff. But now I'm using it as a weapon against them. They trust me. You can search my name online. Spent a long time in that world.

Figure I can put it to good use.

2
CuomoisaMassMurderer 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yes, you can certainly put it to good use! Such a paradox: the self proclaimed "party of inclusion," tolerance, acceptance, etc., cannot tolerate even a single thought that deviates from groupthink. They are Orwellian. Newspeak is here. They have redefined words to the point that nothing they say has any meaning.

We must not allow them to control the language. It's a battle worth picking. Godspeed in your incognito work.

FTFY.

I mean look at that shit. "It's no consolation that the deal that we got totally wrong was only one of many deals we looked at" "We had sources inside Trump's orbit"

"If stupid Trump would just be as bad as we want him to be then we wouldn't have to lie about him! It's his fault he's not the awful person we say he is!"

NukeTheWhales 48 points ago +48 / -0

Damage is done. 1/3 of people notice the correction if that. But I'm sure fake news knows that already.

19
IncredibleMrE1 19 points ago +19 / -0

Running the retraction at midnight brings that 1/3 down to far less. They have it down to a science. These CCP mouthpieces are evil.

7
RiverFenix 7 points ago +7 / -0

The real victory is in getting them to retract a retraction, thinking the original story is true again, only to have to force another retraction... Andrew Brietbart tactics.

then sow doubt on that retraction too.

Best story written is one that flip flops so much they leave it alone and move onto another laser pointer...

6

Dare I hope that they could be starting to take a knee? Have they, oh wonders, actually developed a modicum of self-awareness?

Probably not, but then what would be the point of hope if I only applied it to likely situations?

13

Re-read their "apology". They're one step up from blaming Trump for them getting it wrong.

4
MaxineWaters4Prez 4 points ago +4 / -0

The retraction was quietly tweeted out, never shared or spoken of outside conservative media.

3
RiverFenix 3 points ago +3 / -0

The left seems to be stuck on "Trump downplayed [called the democrat response to it a Hoax] the virus, now we have 60,000 deaths"...

That's all they're repeating ad nauseam.

If you completely forget about China, the WHO, the CDC, The Impeachment during the initial outbreak, that the majority of deaths are in Democrat cities, that the deaths are only 60,000 despite claims they would reach 2+ Million...It's a great argument.

1
TheBehavingBeaver 1 point ago +1 / -0

RiverFenix 1 point ago +1 / -0

I meant the Democrats were acting hysterical about his response to the CV threat, and he was replying to a question in the press gallery - He was defending his actions, I think it was the China travel ban at the time, and was saying that he had everything under control. "What" the Hoax is, this time, is debatable. Maybe he was referring to the WHO cooperation with Gates and China to push a vaccine. In foresight, of course..

I know what you mean about "the dems are going to try to claim he didn't handle it correctly" - that's like last weeks' NPC update. This week they're re-using the "Trump didn't act quick enough and 60,000 lives were lost".. next week will be "Trump over-reacted and cost us all the lives of people who didn't go in for elective surgery + alcoholism + depression + + + + +) ..

We're at war. But I appreciate you trying to enlighten me to my misunderstandings.

1
CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

In this war total deaths in the Nation are lower than normal. So if "Trump is responsible for all deaths," that means he's got upwards of 20,0000 kids he gave life to. This seems like a likely starting point if the situation presents itself. Also, all deaths attributed to CCPvirus are about how many normal leading causes of death are down.

I'd rather they launch a criminal investigation.

  • She had a history of appearing in court for committing domestic abuse (and we all know how hard it is to get a female tried for violently beating her husband in the first place)

  • All their friends testify that he kept calm and rational even when she would publicly berate or strike him, that he was a considerate and intelligent man who carefully considered his words and actions before committing to them, and didn't panic or fluster easily.

  • She left John Deere shortly after meeting him, and immediately sued for permanent disability for alleged years of sexual discrimination and verbal harassment. She admits in her interview that she was furious with him for not quitting with her at the same time (she was a "full-time" intern with no technical background, he was an established senior engineer), despite knowing that his continued employment would strain on their marriage.

  • Without telling him, she put a teaspoon of fish tank cleaner (4x the lethal dose) in his drink after he injured his leg in a dirtbike accident and was considering "breaking quarantine" despite her protests (and before the country was in quarantine lockdown, for that matter) to go to the hospital and have it checked out. She "gave him the cure" for a leg injury, not a virus.

  • She later retroactively claimed that she discussed it with him first, and he just laughed and gave her clear approval. (This from a guy with an extensive background in engineering and chemistry who'd be reasonably expected not to put strange things in his mouth without first checking the MSDS chart.)

  • Despite claiming to put the same amount, one teaspoon, in both of their drinks (and she had no explained reason to put any in her own, except to make a pretty little alibi), which would make the dosage FAR more likely to kill her first due to her lower body weight, she was merely found unconscious with trace amounts detected by toxicology experts. (Trace amounts are still well outside the "safe for human consumption" range, mind, but then she's not the one with a scientific background.)

  • She was a lifelong Democrat party supporter and donor who was already actively rallying against the bad orange man in office. Why would she take blind medical advice from a person she hated and thought was an incompetent idiot unfit to serve in any capacity?

These are material facts in the case. Anyone with a little digging and research can find out the whole story.

And the media goes with "man ingests fish cleaner with his wife because Trump told them to."

That'd be like me claiming I beat my wife to death because Joe Biden told me to give her a massage.
