I agree intrinsically... but how do these people know that it hasn't swept through the homeless populations? The death rate isn't going to be different.

Will anyone at all notice a 0.5%-2% reduction in homeless?

People don't even look in their direction, are they going to notice 2 less homeless out of 100?

Would they notice 20 less out of 100?
