What a pussy.

I read the article and the man has no spine whatsoever; another soon to be overpaid athlete who is a moron and not at all intelligent. His reaction and manner of not fighting back against the Fake Mews is a very sad representation of most athletes of any sports team.

What's truly sad is that he claims to be patriotic and comes from a patriotic/military family. Why doesn't he know how to think critically? Why didn't any of his family members smarten him up and tell him to not be ashamed?

I have a little sympathy for the kid. I can imagine the scene since this start. First job out of college brought in by the brass from the team, weak ass agent, all suggesting the best way to make this go away. None of that changes the fact that he never bothered to learn to be a man. As soon as I read his first excuse I knew he was done.
