Things would have turned out much differently for Florida had the Dems been able to get that lover of gay meth hookers into office.

I am so very satisfied with Desantis. I don’t think he’s got the “it factor” to be president, but I think he’d do great in that spot. Maybe by 2024 he’ll gain a bit of character and make a run for President.

He is pretending to open the state. Read what he's doing and you'll see that he's not really opening it. You still can't get a hair cut or go to the gym. Restaurants and stores can only open 25%. I would be proud of him is he never shut things down to begin with. This isn't that much different from what the gay meth-head would be doing. I encourage everyone to send him an email begging him to open the state completely and immediately.

6
Imransgarage 6 points ago +8 / -2

So much concern trolling in this.

9
connermost 9 points ago +10 / -1

Nope-- I own a business in Florida which is being killed by closing things down for no reason. Why do this in phases? Just open the state. Whatever threat there was has passed. This phase thing is only to appease democrats. I voted for DeSantis because I wanted a conservative running the state.

3
Imransgarage 3 points ago +3 / -0

So can you open or no?

8
connermost 8 points ago +9 / -1

I'm a wholesale business so I never closed, but all of my customers are closed so we have no business. I didn't lay off my employees because I knew they would never get unemployment so I'm paying them out of my pocket. Think of all the young people who work in restaurants who depend on tips--how are they supposed to eat or pay rent? Think of all the kids who had the end of their senior year at high school and college and their graduation stolen from them. Enough is enough. F what the media think--open the country.

8
thingaboutarsenal 8 points ago +8 / -0

Imagine the political ammunition they'd have on the Ronster if he said "fuck it" and opened everything. They're obviously trying to play on our eagerness to open and pressure our fucking steel balled governor into making a mistake.

This site needs to limit post ability for new accounts or this shit will never stop.

I'd like to, but they waste so much of our time and give people proof to say we're conspiracy theorists or racists.

I'm also a bit of an asshoe too so that probably plays a big role too.

It probably also would have turned out much worse if they seeded their nursing homes with the China Virus like NY and NJ did.

Or if their nurses and Dr's neglected patients leading to death by starvation and dehydration

7
Averon 7 points ago +7 / -0

Or if they just stuck them on ventilators instead of treating them with HCQ&zinc.

1
move_like_suleman 1 point ago +1 / -0

Wait, they don't treat them with those? I seem to remember several weeks ago that HCQ&Z are being used in NY. Did they stop using it?

1
Averon 1 point ago +1 / -0

I meant it would have turned out much worse if they had done that. I was attempting to continue the thought of the poster above about things that would make it worse in Florida if they had done certain things differently. I didn't mean to imply new York was doing that, although it wouldn't surprise me if there were some Drs with severe TDS who refused to use it.

1
Cminc 1 point ago +1 / -0

The cdc policies tried. I have like 6 nursing home accounts and 3 of them were required to empty out one hall, displacing their paying residents for quarantine --and their belongings-- with the rooms closest to the fire exits being made into make-shift morgues.

The virus just never hit here.

1
rtdanon 1 point ago +1 / -0

Its weird that they would support a candidate that has so much potential for blackmail.

94
1st_Covfefe 94 points ago +94 / -0

One important factor, Gov Desantis did NOT send covid infected patients to nursing homes to be cared for knowing that the other inhabitant's would be in danger.

62
SquiggyMcPepe 62 points ago +63 / -1

Cuomo and DeBlasio are going to hang for those directives. It's all well documented by now and why they are fighting so hard to keep the crisis alive. They know once its over and the after action reports start to filter in they are toast to the electorate.

They had to engineer as many deaths as possible in the shortest amount of time to justify the lockdowns and to hurt Trump. All of the blue state overreactions are designed to destroy the economy and cast shade at Trump. They don't care because if they win they keep their jobs and losing simply isn't an option. This is how desperate they are to defeat Trump at this point because they know if he gets reelected all of them will hang.

20
knightofday87 20 points ago +20 / -0

100% fact about needing as many deaths as quickly as possible. It’s disgusting.

14
SquiggyMcPepe 14 points ago +14 / -0

Trump has openly used the word treason to describe them as a group and they know quite well WHY he is using it with its very specific punishment. They will be more than willing to commit mass murder if they think it will save them. We really are in an invisible war against an invisible enemy. Only now the enemy has been revealed though they desperately try to slink back into the shadows. Too late the Light is on them now.

8

Every neighborhood has its retard. He's ours. He loves calling people some variation of "cocksucker". I've given up deporting him as he seems to be going nowhere. I do make a point of going through his post history and downvoting everything though. He likes to post one or two normal comments to farm karma so he can keep this bullshit up.

Edit: IMO he should be deported for spamming like this

u/Anaconda also likes to delete posts when he gets caught. Click on his name and see, he's deleted all this spammy posts.

4
FormerGraveheart 4 points ago +5 / -1

Others have noticed him too! He really needs to be gone from here.

4
thingaboutarsenal 4 points ago +4 / -0

Don't tell u/ThomasGIFerson that. He'll call you a snake and get your post shadowbanned.

Seriously, I made a post about Anaconda and it got shadowbanned. Search for "deportable behavior" then look in my post history. My post about Anaconda and his deportable behavior was shadowbanned. WTF?

2
FormerGraveheart 2 points ago +3 / -1

Is that guy a mod or something? Looks like a no. So why does this asshole have any say?

I wish I had saved more evidence on Anaconda. I think I have some, but not archive links, just local threads saved to my machine. Hopefully, the mods implemented post deletion here so that it doesn't actually delete it from the db so they can see his spamming. The idea occurred to me that we should make a thread on the front page exposing Anaconda. He is a snake (ironically, or perhaps calling himself a snake is how he intends to hide) and he, and u/ThomasGIFerson who is almost certainly also him, needs to go.

I made a post about this about a half hour ago and I believe it's been shadowbanned. Upvotes froze and I can't find the post unless I go through my name. 🤔

4
FormerGraveheart 4 points ago +5 / -1

I caught him spamming "Muh crisis actors" (and he was the first one to ever mention that, before actual crisis actors were caught on video) back when he was doing his promotion of the wuflu as being super deadly and trying to destroy the economy. It seems he's moved on to other forms of trolling. But he's always trolling.

5

Tell that to u/ThomasGIFerson.

Criticize Anaconda = you're a leftist who's shitting all over free speech

Shadow ban= meh

1
FormerGraveheart 1 point ago +2 / -1

u/ThomasGiferson is almost certainly an alias of u/Anaconda. Look at the similar way they talk when they get mad.

And I know I haven't been perfect on this site, and have maybe been a bit too loose with calling out shills, but so many of them are so fucking obvious. They follow a definite pattern, and they do it in groups and all at around the same time.

The fact that Florida has a Republican governor has a lot to do with how well that state is doing.

Democrats, by and large, don't know how to govern. They just want to be in office.

People hanging around nursing homes especially. People hanging around ambulances.

Had a CCP agent add me on Facebook today and talk to me about the virus. I subtly made digs at how their cases are way higher than the USA and how much better our system is. Then called his ass out when he said they don’t wear masks in china anymore (they do) and blocked/reported. Facebook probably won’t do anything since they’re china, but felt good.

The way to handle the ccp is to subtly make them lose face with every message. Call them out for being dumb as fuck. They fake iq test results. Get em where it hurts

The sunshine state, which unlike Italy didn't have a host of flights from wuhan or an existing microcosm. Being told to stay inside is really the craziest thing the parrot media ever tried to re-enforce.

26
Tonightm01 26 points ago +27 / -1

Sadly "stay at home" will be one of the worst decisions in recent history.

Another health issues will now creep in for people trapped in their homes. People that need medical treatment for other issues are not getting help. People are also not getting any exposer to the new virus.

3
Nellie_the_Beaut 3 points ago +3 / -0

This is what I keep wondering - wth did all the pandemic “experts” like Fauxci and Burps think would happen by keeping people cooped up from society once we were able to mingle again? Did they assume the virus would just disappear on its own and just not be hanging around anymore? What about all the people who have not been able to build any kind of immunity due directly to their isolation orders?

3
AdAstraPerAspera 3 points ago +3 / -0

They assumed they could create the conditions for a '2nd wave' to exploit all over again. These people are trash.

It’s more about the humidity.

6
CousinEddie 6 points ago +6 / -0

Ya I’m in Tampa area and it’s been 101-103 heat indexes a few times lately.

Not sure why we always have to make this argument, but humidity makes hot things hotter and cold things colder. Maybe that lack of basic science is due to common core education.

3
SordidPontification 3 points ago +3 / -0

Plus the going theory is that humidity reduces the time respiratory droplets are airborne as they absorb tiny droplets of moisture from the air, then eventually settle on a surface.

Add to that the sun + UV and it's a terrible environment for the virus.

(Ironically, beach closures may be leading to more deaths than not, now that I think about it.)

4
connermost 4 points ago +4 / -0

Yes closing the beaches made no sense at all. They should have been encouraging people to go to the beach.

2
SordidPontification 2 points ago +2 / -0

Interestingly, there's a growing body of evidence that the increased mortality in people with darker skin may be due to vitamin D deficiency. The idea being that vitamin D improves immune response, and if they're lacking it (northern latitudes, less sunlight, less production due to increased melanin) their immune system may be weaker.

Add that with an increase in comorbidities and suddenly MUH RACIST VIRUS.

If they just told everyone to go to the beach and get some sun, we'd probably be seeing a very different picture right now.

Edit: Funny how much maligned the spring breakers were yet it appears there wasn't anything terrible that came out of it. Sure, younger populations, but in other regions they haven't been completely free from hospitalization. Yet in this cohort it appears it may not have been the case. Then combine this with the USS Roosevelt where some percentage of the crew is going to be on desk and getting sunlight and you get a better picture for the 60% asymptomatic cases (age + other factors?).

4
connermost 4 points ago +4 / -0

What absolutely slays me is that for as long as there have been human beings and sicknesses, we instinctively knew to get sunshine when ill. Yet this time the experts knew more than our mothers and grandmothers and their grandmothers who told us to get outside and get some sunshine and fresh air. Staying inside all day is never a good thing, yet that is what they forced on us during a virus spread. The lack of basic common sense from day one is astounding.

It’s better for your health overall. The vitamin d energizes you and and we don’t sit indoors on the couch, gorging takeout, getting stoned, or drinking gallons of beer to pass the time.

We actually get constant activity because it’s possible here.

2
gr8tGatsby 2 points ago +2 / -0

It seems like it does. During one of the task force briefings they went into some detail on how sunlight and air temps can significantly shorten how long the virus can survive. in 70-75 degrees and direct sunlight it lives less than 2 minutes on a surface. In same conditions but in aerosol it is less than 1.5 minutes. Of course this does not help us when we are all indoors. It still kills me how many non-Floridians get upset if we go to the beach. Our beach is large and maintaining distancing is easier there than most places. I guess they think we are all spring breakers hanging out in a huge party or something. Nope, just going for walk.

3
cook_does 3 points ago +3 / -0

Not to mention that the beach has a cleansing effect. The salt water is great for skin infections and general disinfection. Between the sun, salt, and constant breeze, the beach is likely the safest place to be right now.
