Most people who had CV-19 were asymptomatic. It is less virulent than the flu virus. This means in most cases insurance cost = zero. The side effect is not from zinc, or at least, not a zinc supplement. 25mg a day is not going to do anything to you.
Yah but I was taking 220 mg. (50mg elemental Zn.)
Daily recommended for men is 11mg, and for women is 8mg for zinc.
