Why does everybody think she filed a police report back in 1993? She most certainly did not... she filed a complaint with her employer and nothing else. She did not file anything with the police until 2020....

I wasn't aware of when she filed or didn't file. I'm only pointing out that once you do file, the statute of limitation is frozen. You can't "ride out" your charges with delays.

The point is, the statute of limitations had already expired before she filed.
