Given that people are apparently really touchy over criticisms relating to any potential vaccination for SARS-CoV-2, it's kind of amusing to me. So, have an upvote.
(I'm absolutely supportive of a vaccine, but the plurality of evidence strongly indicates one for SARS-family viruses will never materialize and it's an open question whether it'll be safe.)
I don't want the government to do anything. I am finding antivaxxers (people right in this post) and I am arguing with them to convince them to vaccinate their kids.
In unvaccinated communities. It's also not really widespread and definetly not worldwide. Most importantly, most people are vaccinated and are immune.
