Ok so, how many of them were even in contact with the WuFlu? Did they test positive for antibodies? And how much antibodies? That's what I'm more interested in.

They could have already taken preventative measures of confinement due to their already ill states.

The Italian site referenced 20 cases of people under HCQ to have tested positive for WuFlu, but not whether the other 65.000 were tested.

I'm a bit wary. Hopeful, but wary.

Edit: No amount of downvote will make me relent in search of answers obtained through rigorous testing.
