Why would this be in his office's papers and not in the congressional office that hides, covers up, and pays for complaints to go away? Anyone remember the Senatorial slush fund and how they coerce victims to use their fucked up extra-judicial system? Why is this not being brought up now?

Correction: The slush fund was set up in 1995, after Tara was assaulted.
