WOW Solomon is reporting that there are hand written notes the FBI agents made about entrapping Flynn.

Wray will be sure to include an HR training about not doing that along with the don't run a coup hr training.

nakedjay 10 points ago +10 / -0

Wow...fuck these bastards. Any FBI agent involved needs to be tried for treason, attempting to entrap a 3 star general.

Haasmaster 6 points ago +6 / -0

To make up lies about the duly elected POTUS. Its fucking insanity the laws broken here as well as civil and constitutional rights violations. They were willing to break all that the instant the rigged game didnt go how they wanted.

These fuckers really, really need to be brought to justice and prosecuted fully.

Fucking shut down the FBI. Way too institutionally corrupt to continue.

Destineed369 6 points ago +6 / -0

How fucking stupid/confident do you have to be to write down your plans to frame someone?

We found out about Flynn. Anyone wana bet it’s the same for 75% of other people the fbi “arrests”

ryvrdrgn14 4 points ago +4 / -0

They thought that they had the entire system in the bag. Wicked crooks drunk on power.

2
muslimporn 2 points ago +2 / -0

That's exactly what I'm wondering. For them to be so brazen as to write it down explicitly makes you wonder how normal it is for them to engage in that kind of activity.

Azith42 1 point ago +1 / -0

Stupid + Confident in their corruption = Arrogance. that pretty much defines the DNC as a whole.

1
lifeisahologram 1 point ago +1 / -0

I'm honestly surprised they still exist. I suppose on some level they didn't think they would lose control, so they kept them to lie to themselves it wasn't a coup or wasn't illegal? Maybe burning the notes would have made them feel the guilt?

Tomorrow should be an interesting day.

Hmmm . . . .

11
Landslide_2020 11 points ago +11 / -0

What exactly does this mean in the grand scheme of things?

Will the MSM even cover this?

Is Flynn going to go free?

Are the real bag guys going to be charged with crimes?

Those are the real questions that need to be answered.

Unless the judge acts like Stone's judge, Flynn will probably be able to withdraw his guilty plea, and then the case will be dismissed. Then, Flynn will sue the crap out of his formal defense counsel and hopefully recover some of the money he has spent, then get them all disbarred.

Barr says that Durham is examining this case, but I don't know whether he will find anything for which a DC jury will convict.

However, I can make one prediction that you can count on: the Misleadia will ignore it.

Durham is based in Connecticut, so couldn't he file for a grand jury there instead of the swamp?

3
rn10950 3 points ago +3 / -0

Would a Connecticut jury really be that much better?

3
d_bokk 3 points ago +3 / -0

Better than those cocksucking bureaucrats in the DC area? Hell yes.

You mean pizza eating beurocrats in DC?

I don't know all the rules for federal court jurisdiction, but I believe in general it has to be a court with jurisdiction where the offense allegedly occurred. There's a federal district court just for DC.

FBI agents who interviewed Flynn actually wrote down in their own notes they were trying to entrap Flynn. "Get him to lie" and "Get him fired". That is a brazen as it is stupid. If this is what they are doing to a three star general serving as the national security adviser, what the fuck are they getting away with on a daily basis with average Americans?

They are doing this to everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When it comes to criminals I used to think they knew they did wrong such as stealing and then are lying to cover it up to avoid negative consequences from society.

After extensive research however I've found that it's very often that criminals actually believe their own defense or what they were justified.

This effect extends to all wrongdoing and actions including incompetence and misconduct. It sometimes seems that more often or not the motive for wrongdoing is not to do wrong but to do right according to the personal psychology.

It's hard for me to imagine being like that but it's very clear people have psychological defense mechanisms that protects them if you can call it that from perceiving the negative aspects of their own actions.

This could be the case here. I find often in speaking to members of an extreme opposition to something that's sensible that they will openly confess to some things and not realise what they are saying or that it's wrong.

These people think they are the good guys and don't stop to check themselves. It's quite possible when they wrote that down to them they didn't register it as wrong because they saw themselves as fighting some greater evil.

This is where those self defense mechanisms backfire because they can't always preempt what will be found to be right or wrong. In their mind among DNC peer reflections the opposite of what they did would be perceived as wrong going against the narrative of hostile action from Russia having determined the outcome of the election. To them that is not a narrative it's their perception of reality.

Conversely it's also commonplace for people to cover things up even if they didn't do something wrong because there can still be consequences which makes the lying to federal officers law very easy to abuse.
