That doesn't even make sense. But then again, nothing about trans issues makes sense. We can't have feminine characters existing now? What does that have to do with anything?
Im pretty sure the whole reason all of these dudes doing make up tutorials have nothing to do with getting women to put on makeup like them so that the actual dudes in make up pass under the radar more easily.

The leaks are real but this is article is asserting something that the developers would actually have to reveal themselves about their own choices. You can't get this from a leaked gameplay footage.

They made that fact irrelevant when they introduced a cult of immune people. So the whole choice in the end of the first game was irrelevant
