Its not just that

They exploited the pretense of good faith cooperation between departments.

Flynn was only talking to them because he thought they were all IC members cooperating with each other. Instead they were planning to ambush him for the explicit purpose of entrapping him, to prosecute him and/or get him fired.

Can you imagine just how much this harms the workings of our intelligence community? No NSA or CIA or other department's agents or heads would ever talk to FBI cunts again without a team of lawyers present and refusing to answer any questions. FBI wants to know about some terrorists planning a plot? They can fuck right off, not going to wind up in prison because you shitters were illegally wiretapping me and know the answers to your questions before you ask them

22
ehsubs 22 points ago +22 / -0

The CIA was working with the FBI on this. Only Mike Rogers at NSA did anything and reports are he was hated by the rest of the agency.

ADAM_SCHITT 9 points ago +9 / -0

The murder of Seth Rich is not a small sliver, it is fucking massive. If it turns out that Seth Rich leaked the DNC emails rather than the Russians hacking them, it means the entire narrative that Russia "interfered" in our election was made up. They turned our country upside-down because of that bullshit. And then on top of that, you have a murder by the DNC/deep state/whoever to cover it up.

doug2 2 points ago +2 / -0

I just want to get to the truth of the matter. That's all I care about at all. So I wasn't trying to argue with you. It is one of the things about this case that still baffles me. Why would Rogers do something so anti deep state and pro swamp draining trump, while at the same time push information he knew was false about Russia hacking the DNC despite knowing Seth was the source... I think the Mike Rogers hero story is not nearly as straightforward as we all believe.

I post here to get to the truth.. maybe someone had an explanation I hadn't thought of that they would respond with.. maybe almost no one else knows Roger's was lying about Russia to cover up for the Rich ordeal. If that's what happens then I will present my evidence as to why I believe that this is true, and more Pedes will know the truth going forward. Maybe they'll figure it out one day and it will get back to me. I only care about one thing, finding out the truth. Not that i found it, just that we, as a community, eventually gets the full fucking story to a high degree of certainty. I've already made serious progress by myself with no investigative training or help, just me and my laptop. I think we can get there.

This attitude is how I now KNOW Seth Rich was the source. I don't know if we will ever officially hear that, even from Trump. I hope and actually see some signs that we might. But we will see. The DOJ has a non prosecution agreement if the crime is committed in the interest of national security.. so they might be treating this like a policy dispute. Dissidents are murdered all the time by the IC and the DOJ legally can not prosecute them for it if it can be shown it was in the interest of protecting national security. I'd say this fits, seeing as he could have been trying to get them to a foreign nation or something, they did not know. I don't think this should be a thing, but it is, so they could use this as justification and criminal charges wouldn't even be an option. Fired? Sure. That's about it. This has gone long enough. I've made my point, lmk if you have any thoughts or questions lol.

We must remember —— who is going to investigate the thousands of down ballot cases where there may be similar malfeasance?

10
AndrewLB 10 points ago +10 / -0

Makes you wonder what else these cucks at the FBI have been lying about. A while back I did a lot of research into a few of the more suspicious mass shootings and after realizing one of the big ones was indeed a false flag and the people trying to bring light to it weren’t crazy, the typical response was how such a grand scheme could possibly be kept quiet. Well... this same FBI tried to set up and overthrow a sitting president, how far fetched is a false flag school shooting? Especially when you find a photo of al the victims still alive in a high school graduation photo?

They have been getting away with it for years. Except now we have a POTUS that isn't a corrupt puppet and he has been cleaning house all over the place. Think of Flynn learning of being indicted on his way to spend Thanksgiving with his family. Then think of Andrew McCabe being fired days before he can collect his pension. They haven't been getting away with shit. And everything they thought they were getting away with was allowed for good reason.

Sullivan has had all the information he needed to dismiss this case for many months--if not much longer.

There is such a thing as dragging a case out too long. Then the process becomes the punishment, the innocent suffer as if they were guilty, and the judge should be called out for misconduct.

Observe how it works. The DOJ wanted to keep the McCabe investigation open without ever coming to a decision. A federal judge delivered the smack down.

Judge tells DOJ to file charges against McCabe or end the investigation...

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/judge-tells-doj-to-file-charges-against-mccabe-or-end-investigation

A federal judge has given the Department of Justice an ultimatum regarding former acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe: file charges or drop their probe of whether McCabe lied to investigators

[The deadline was November 15]

2
JMaN 2 points ago +2 / -0

Sessions released a memo instructing attorneys to pursue the most serious, readily provable offenses. McCabe was temporarily let off for lying. His celebration will prove premature. This has nothing to do with Durham's work. Barr's man Timothy Shea is now interim attorney for the United States District of Columbia. He replaced Jessie Liu:

"As a US attorney, Liu had overseen some ancillary cases referred by the Mueller investigation including the prosecution of longtime Trump associate Roger Stone, as well as a politically-charged case involving former FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe, a frequent target of Trump's ire. In January 2020 she determined there was insufficient evidence to indict McCabe. She was then transferred to the Treasury Department to await her confirmation, as Barr replaced her with his close advisor Timothy Shea.[16][17] On February 11, 2020, Trump withdrew her nomination, two days before her confirmation hearing was scheduled to begin.[18] CNN reported that Liu's nomination was withdrawn because she was perceived to be insufficiently involved in the Stone and McCabe cases.[19] Liu resigned from the government on February 12, 2020.[20] Days later it was reported that before Liu's nomination was withdrawn, Trump was presented with a lengthy memo describing a variety of ways Liu was perceived to be disloyal, primarily by not prosecuting individuals Trump disliked.[21]"

Prosecutors Dodge Flynn's Best Arguments, Attempt To Hide ...

1
radiokbws 1 point ago +1 / -0

Exactly and now comes the evidence to support those motions provided by Mr. Barr's appointee out of USA EDMO

https://theconservativetreehouse.com/2020/04/24/flynn-case-update-reviewing-missouri-u-s-attorney-provides-exculpatory-evidence-under-seal/

Ms. Sidney Powell’s outlook on this case appears to be gaining momentum.

Lt. General Michael Flynn’s plea was based on: (1) a framing by the FBI; and (2) a threat against Michael Flynn Jr. if his father didn’t sign the plea.

If the reports are accurate it is very likely Judge Sullivan will allow the plea to be removed. If the documents are as strong as outlined the entire case could be dismissed.

1
JMaN 1 point ago +1 / -0

How do you know the promotion and Trump pulling it wasn't strategy? How do you know all the internal maneuvering and strategy taking place behind the scenes? You don't.

1
chuckachookah 1 point ago +2 / -1

Well, no one but those involved would. You neither.

Look, I hope I'm wrong about all the Barr-stuff. See my response to u/JMan (on more general topic)

But, this whole sordid mess should never require these kinds of traps. This isn't just some "normal politics". These people are internally trying to overthrow our government and they are still being allowed to operate from within.

These fucks need to be fired and excised out of government (that's the most important thing). Worrying about optics is a bullshit excuse. Worrying about media reaction doesn't matter, they are going to go negative no matter. Nor is worrying about threats of (yet) another impeachment.

Right now, the poisoned pills are still running around subverting the Republic. Yes, I want these people perp-walked and eventually in jail, but rooting these fucks out of the government is much, mush more important. If there is one thing that I would criticize Trump for is not firing every single person that could be fired under the Executive Branch. Every. Single. Fucking. One. Would have avoid the bullshit Mueller probe, likely would have retained the House in 2018, and also likely avoided this Ukraine impeachment sham.

Again, sorry for the lack of faith. You can blame me, I guess, your call. But your not seeing straight if you don't understand why I'm not longer "hopin' and wishin'"

2
JMaN 2 points ago +2 / -0

I understand. These people need to be jailed and some executed. But rooting out all the corruption and disloyal people does take time and strategy. The extent that the corruption goes is widespread within our government, our politicians, and worldwide.

2
NotSorryLuvTrump 2 points ago +2 / -0

Right. This is the first domino. The judges throw this out, that means a whole lot of FISA searches prove then to be built on sand. I know people are "waiting" but this was the plan. We needed judges in power that would actually acknowledge this shit.

Well one of the best things that people aren't exactly figuring out is he's also spacing himself where he needs to be. He could instantly declass documents that would get this over with right? But then the media can claim political hit.

Him setting up judges, empowering Barr and Durham (remember, they have Cohen with the same kind of declass power as Flynn), lets them put legit pressure all across the board without making Trump come across as a tyrant.

President Obama had personally warned the Trump administration against hiring Flynn, and made clear he was "not a fan." Obama fired Flynn as head of the Defense Intelligence Agency in 2014. The documents also revealed that ex-FBI lawyer Lisa Page emailed Strzok concerning how to conduct the Flynn interview. Strzok and Page regularly texted to each other about their shared disdain for Trump, and affection for Clinton. McCabe also was fired for multiple violations of the FBI's ethics code.

Flynn was tapped to become President Trump’s DNI. Who reports to the director of National Intelligece?

  1. dir. of the FBI
  2. dir of CIA

Comey, McCabe, Brennan were to become Lt Gen Flynn’s subordinates.
They had to get rid of him. .

It’s hard finding a credible article with credible source that lays out why Obama fired Flynn. (forced him to retire). Flynn served as Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, from 2012 - 2014. Flynn played a key role in counterterrorism and dismantling insurgent networks in Afghanistan and Iraq.
He became exasperated with Obama for his inaction with ISIS apparently. I read he was against Obama’s ideas to arm Syrian Kurds. (https://www.chicagotribune.com/nation-world/ct-obama-trump-islamic-state-plan-20170202-story.html)
“Planning for the final assault on Raqqa, had been grinding on for more than 7 months, There were no good options, but Obama's top foreign policy advisers were convinced that they had finally settled on an approach that could work - arming Kurdish fighters in northern Syria. There was just one problem: The Obama team had deliberated for so long that there was no time left to pull the trigger”.

Another article says Flynn was exasperated because he wanted a streamlined program to use information obtained during raids in Afghanistan, but Obama refused to give it to him. And a Breitbart article quotes a WH official saying Obama warned Trump on Nov 10th to Not hire General Flynn. https://www.breitbart.com/news/obama-warned-trump-against-hiring-flynn-before-inauguration/

The fact that Trump did the opposite and was able to eradicate ISIS within a few months proves that Flynn was right.

...top bureau officials discussed their motivations for interviewing then-national security adviser Michael Flynn in the White House in January 2017 -- and openly indicated that their "goal" was "to get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired."

Barr, are you seeing this? Do. Your. Job.

It's time for the military to arrest all of these scumbags, hold a brief trial in the courtyard, and sentence them on the spot.

That is the only cure for this madness. Anything less will just embolden them.

If and when he gets exonerated, from what little I know the entire battle has severely hurt him financially (similar to Roger Stone), so hopefully he’ll be able to pick up a commentator gig somewhere like OAN or similar. I’m sure a lot of people would love to hear from him and there’s money to be made there, so hopefully he will recover from all this quickly financially for his and his families sake. I’m not very knowledgeable of the inner workings of the military, but from what I hear it’s not easy to become a General, doesn’t just happen, unGodly hard work over decades, have to be upstanding and ridiculously smart. Imagine doing all this to achieve success that only a small few ever achieve and then one day it all comes crashing down only because you chose to be an expert and work for the wrong President, I sincerely can’t fathom how it must feel.

Also, for God’s sake, how do you pick such a bad defense team? Does the corruption really run that deep?

How about the man gets a role back in the Whitehouse.

YouKnowWhatItIs87 2 points ago +2 / -0

That’s be great too, and maybe him and others at the top start surgically removing the cancerous traitors. Might make more outside government, book deals, all sorts of stuff but one way or the other I hope he’s able to fully recover and more from all this bullshit.

AKA their only evidence could be that Trump made an obvious joke at a rally a long time ago? And Roger Stone talked to somebody who allegedly talked to somebody who allegedly talked to someone else with ties to Wikileaks and maybe allegedly told a white lie about any of that although he says his phone was taken from him and so he simply couldn’t recollect an unimportant text from a long time prior, and he’s now in prison for that? I still don’t think I have a great grasp on all this, but on the surface it clearly seems like there needs to be mass exoneration, mass firings, and mass pardons.

An outside prosecutor literally appointed by Mr. Barr to review the Gen. Flynn case literally just turned over this evidence to Mrs. Powell that literally shows the coup plotters as they are in the process of plotting the coup. Evidence that was tied up by this case that is literally now going to the other outside prosecutor appointed by Mr. Barr literally investigating the origins of the coup who literally already had turned his case into a criminal investigation.

And yet people on here are saying Mr. Barr hasn't done shit? 🤔

We've known FBI fucked with the 302's since 2017, so no surprise here. The FBI violated Brady disclosure rules mandated by the Supreme Court? No shit, we've known about this forever. All of this means jack shit unless guys like Van Grack are shit canned, disbarred, and prosecuted for prosecutorial misconduct.

I fully expect Barr to tut-tut these cretin perpetrators at the FBI, and do precisely fuck all. Good thing Republicans hold a majority in the Senate to further expose this scam..oh wait, deep state pansy Lindsey Graham is in charge of judiciary and won't do fuck all with this.

What a joke.

It's beyond time to completely disband the entire FBI, blacklist all current and former agents from ever being able to work in a law enforcement capacity ever again, and build a new "American Bureau of Investigation" seeded with local & state law enforcement from all corners of the country and run by a randomly-selected, locally-elected county Sheriff with a term limit of 5 years.
We need to get away from government agencies deciding to just shoot innocent unarmed wives and gassing cult compounds and get back to sitting down and talking.

"Well, Jim, we've gotten a report of [INSERT NON-VIOLENT AND/OR PROCESS CRIME HERE]. Now I've got this here warrant that says I can legally search your property but I thought I should talk to you first about it so there's no misunderstandings and we can get this business behind us. The missus made us some sweet tea and I brought it with me and figure you and I can sit here an have a glass and talk and then we can go inside and have a look."

Less Rambo, more Andy Griffith.
