Its not just that

They exploited the pretense of good faith cooperation between departments.

Flynn was only talking to them because he thought they were all IC members cooperating with each other. Instead they were planning to ambush him for the explicit purpose of entrapping him, to prosecute him and/or get him fired.

Can you imagine just how much this harms the workings of our intelligence community? No NSA or CIA or other department's agents or heads would ever talk to FBI cunts again without a team of lawyers present and refusing to answer any questions. FBI wants to know about some terrorists planning a plot? They can fuck right off, not going to wind up in prison because you shitters were illegally wiretapping me and know the answers to your questions before you ask them

The CIA was working with the FBI on this. Only Mike Rogers at NSA did anything and reports are he was hated by the rest of the agency.

We must remember —— who is going to investigate the thousands of down ballot cases where there may be similar malfeasance?

AndrewLB 10 points ago +10 / -0

Makes you wonder what else these cucks at the FBI have been lying about. A while back I did a lot of research into a few of the more suspicious mass shootings and after realizing one of the big ones was indeed a false flag and the people trying to bring light to it weren’t crazy, the typical response was how such a grand scheme could possibly be kept quiet. Well... this same FBI tried to set up and overthrow a sitting president, how far fetched is a false flag school shooting? Especially when you find a photo of al the victims still alive in a high school graduation photo?

They have been getting away with it for years. Except now we have a POTUS that isn't a corrupt puppet and he has been cleaning house all over the place. Think of Flynn learning of being indicted on his way to spend Thanksgiving with his family. Then think of Andrew McCabe being fired days before he can collect his pension. They haven't been getting away with shit. And everything they thought they were getting away with was allowed for good reason.

Dont need to imagine. Its been reality for years.

Sullivan has had all the information he needed to dismiss this case for many months--if not much longer.

There is such a thing as dragging a case out too long. Then the process becomes the punishment, the innocent suffer as if they were guilty, and the judge should be called out for misconduct.

Observe how it works. The DOJ wanted to keep the McCabe investigation open without ever coming to a decision. A federal judge delivered the smack down.

Judge tells DOJ to file charges against McCabe or end the investigation...

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/judge-tells-doj-to-file-charges-against-mccabe-or-end-investigation

A federal judge has given the Department of Justice an ultimatum regarding former acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe: file charges or drop their probe of whether McCabe lied to investigators

[The deadline was November 15]

Sessions released a memo instructing attorneys to pursue the most serious, readily provable offenses. McCabe was temporarily let off for lying. His celebration will prove premature. This has nothing to do with Durham's work. Barr's man Timothy Shea is now interim attorney for the United States District of Columbia. He replaced Jessie Liu:

"As a US attorney, Liu had overseen some ancillary cases referred by the Mueller investigation including the prosecution of longtime Trump associate Roger Stone, as well as a politically-charged case involving former FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe, a frequent target of Trump's ire. In January 2020 she determined there was insufficient evidence to indict McCabe. She was then transferred to the Treasury Department to await her confirmation, as Barr replaced her with his close advisor Timothy Shea.[16][17] On February 11, 2020, Trump withdrew her nomination, two days before her confirmation hearing was scheduled to begin.[18] CNN reported that Liu's nomination was withdrawn because she was perceived to be insufficiently involved in the Stone and McCabe cases.[19] Liu resigned from the government on February 12, 2020.[20] Days later it was reported that before Liu's nomination was withdrawn, Trump was presented with a lengthy memo describing a variety of ways Liu was perceived to be disloyal, primarily by not prosecuting individuals Trump disliked.[21]"

Which evidence did Sullivan have?

None of these super secret double sting type theories ever pans out. Trump has repeatedly deplored the injustice to which Flynn has been subjected.

That's all it is: injustice.

This is true, but Barr has really-upped on this prosecution when it was under review. The useless Jessie Lui made sure this sham carried on even in the face of clear mal- and misfeasance.

Actually not at all. She was up for a promotion and then Trump pulled the promotion.

Barr, in what should now be a discernible pattern, didn’t do shit.

2
NotSorryLuvTrump 2 points ago +2 / -0

Right. This is the first domino. The judges throw this out, that means a whole lot of FISA searches prove then to be built on sand. I know people are "waiting" but this was the plan. We needed judges in power that would actually acknowledge this shit.

Well one of the best things that people aren't exactly figuring out is he's also spacing himself where he needs to be. He could instantly declass documents that would get this over with right? But then the media can claim political hit.

Him setting up judges, empowering Barr and Durham (remember, they have Cohen with the same kind of declass power as Flynn), lets them put legit pressure all across the board without making Trump come across as a tyrant.

He’s about to issue another stern warning and find another Trump associate to arrest

Thenew23rd 8 points ago +10 / -2

Maybe he will satisfy himself by calling the railroading of Flynn a "righteous prosecution."

9
chuckachookah 9 points ago +12 / -3

He’s busy opining and playing bagpipes. Doesn’t have any time for actual justice

You have described Barr succinctly.

trex554 7 points ago +7 / -0

But, But Barr has his bulldog on the case........ Still no perp walks or incitements.... More like Bullshit Durham he is probably as productive as Huber the guy from Utah who didn't even do shit. And where is Fray? I mean WRAY? It's let the clock run out oh nothing to see here people our FBI/DOJ committed treason but no one will ever know......... WITCH HUNT. PARDON FLYNN, STONE, MANIFORT, and PAPADOPOLOUS <- spelling probably wrong.
