Going back to r/T_D, I have a list of Pedes that I'll be sending some fine bourbon or case of their favorite beer, so I have put my money where my mouth is (so to speak).
I will do so gladly, proudly and I pray that I am wrong so that my faith is restored. I pray that this has all been one ruse/trap, but you have to understand that this actions are not the country that was founded and that I have lived for 50+ years.
If justice is not done, the country is gone and, blame or ridicule me if if you like, but every day that goes by I find myself asking, "What country is it that we are living in? Because none of this us resembles America."
Trust me, I feel a sense of shame when I look at this or look/sound like this. It's totally not me. It's also why I'm so angry about it.
How do you know the promotion and Trump pulling it wasn't strategy? How do you know all the internal maneuvering and strategy taking place behind the scenes? You don't.

But, this whole sordid mess should never require these kinds of traps. This isn't just some "normal politics". These people are internally trying to overthrow our government and they are still being allowed to operate from within.
These fucks need to be fired and excised out of government (that's the most important thing). Worrying about optics is a bullshit excuse. Worrying about media reaction doesn't matter, they are going to go negative no matter. Nor is worrying about threats of (yet) another impeachment.
Right now, the poisoned pills are still running around subverting the Republic. Yes, I want these people perp-walked and eventually in jail, but rooting these fucks out of the government is much, mush more important. If there is one thing that I would criticize Trump for is not firing every single person that could be fired under the Executive Branch. Every. Single. Fucking. One. Would have avoid the bullshit Mueller probe, likely would have retained the House in 2018, and also likely avoided this Ukraine impeachment sham.
Again, sorry for the lack of faith. You can blame me, I guess, your call. But your not seeing straight if you don't understand why I'm not longer "hopin' and wishin'"
I understand. These people need to be jailed and some executed. But rooting out all the corruption and disloyal people does take time and strategy. The extent that the corruption goes is widespread within our government, our politicians, and worldwide.
Yeah.
Sad that it comes to that.
