It's beyond time to completely disband the entire FBI, blacklist all current and former agents from ever being able to work in a law enforcement capacity ever again, and build a new "American Bureau of Investigation" seeded with local & state law enforcement from all corners of the country and run by a randomly-selected, locally-elected county Sheriff with a term limit of 5 years.
We need to get away from government agencies deciding to just shoot innocent unarmed wives and gassing cult compounds and get back to sitting down and talking.
