I think the title is wrong. ALL of Americans won't trust contact-tracing apps. It's time we start drawing a line between being a United States citizen and being American and cherishing American values.
I would leave my phone at home and only use it to text my kids. Really, no one in Govt can be trusted. Trump/Pence team are an anomaly. Not only do we need term limits. We need honest people. Unfortunately, they get treated like Lt Gen Flynn.
I don't trust phones that are even capable of supporting an app like that, so I don't have one.
