It doesn't kill black people disproportionately, it kills people disproportionately who live in high-density housing and use mass transit.
i noticed while at wal mart and what not..many of the african americans i see do not have on masks..i will see a few but the majority have none..while the vast majority of the white people in the stores will have on masks.
