How is this all going to play out? I'm frankly surprised at their power grabs. I guess maybe I shouldn't be, but I guess I expected perhaps enough common sense to not TOTALLY overplay their hands. Apparently not though!

Realalisticly they should all be hung for treason! In today's world though if the hammer doesn't come down on them soon & fast, they will continue these charades and more people will die....not because of covid.
I'm not surprised that they pounced on this opportunity. What caught me off guard was the rapidity of knee-bending by the populace. The entire package of fear nicely wrapped with "you will obey for the good of all". Utilitarianism at its finest. And now we have millions out of work with arrows taped to the floors of stores, directing shoppers as to the correct movement of navigating grocery stores.
Their goal is communism.

Part of everything that is happening is to expose the criminals embedded in the system. There is a very large discrepancy between how quickly someone 'gets it' and some are much slower than others which is why it needs to be hammered in repeatedly or prolonged exposure to the corruption is necessary.
The majority of people being sheep isn't a joke.
Without a common goal or unity, the population is nothing more than individual blades of grass to mow down which is why division on every possible line is part of the enemy's goal.
Some will see sooner than others, but the slowpokes need some time to catch up.
