I've been debating this over on Reddit (mostly about how Michigan's orders have been illegal) and it's frightening what leftists believe the government can do.

Apparently they think the right to assemble is something that can be taken by government because emergency.

I've seen that tweet. I've gotten people to tell me they hope I get coronavirus and die because I am fine with people going to church.

This whole thing was supposed to be to prevent people from dying, but these people are wishing death on people. And no one stops for a minute and thinks if that makes sense over there.

Yes, and way more people than I thought are either pieces of shit or they have gone delusional to the point where they have lost the plot as it relates to what the actual endgame is here.

Voting is important, never believe it’s a foregone conclusion even if you live in the deepest of red country.

Voter ID isn't enough. All they have to do is issue voter ID to foreigners or people ineligible to vote.

If the Democrats take full control of the U.S. government again, that will be the end of our republic. Yes, I know we all complain when Republicans sit around, nervously biting their nails, afraid to do anything for fear of what names the New York Times will call them, but consider the Democrats. What do they do when they're in power? CONSOLIDATE POWER.

Just look at Virginia, which I firmly believe will never elect another Republican governor or US senator EVER again. Ever since swarming into the state house in 2018, the Democrats have been consolidating power around the clock. The 2nd Amendment has been repealed. I don't expect Virginia to be a right to work state for much longer, and I think it's only a matter of time before it becomes compulsory for parents to send their children to public school.

The scary thing about Virginia is, they're not afraid of us anymore. There was an armed protest in Richmond back in January. The legislature said "This is what we think of you, and your protests," and called the bluff. Nothing happened. Because nothing happened, the Democrats now know they can truly get away with anything. "What are you going to do about it? Protest?"

This was all to stop the Hong Kong protests by China and when the US career politicians saw that it worked they decided to use it as a way to prevent large gatherings (Trump rallies) and force mail in voting. Change my mind.

It all started when they handed education to the Democrats!

It is absolutely mortifying. And because of that I cannot imagine or stomach any future Demoncrat in the White House. I get sick just thinking that POTUS will someday not be at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. He has raised the bar so high that I fear no one can fill his shoes. God help us

Don Jr is the only one who can come close. I feel the same way.

What about Rep. Dan Crenshaw? Saw him on Fox this morning and he was fantastic. He's former military, young, pro America family values. Maybe 2024 or beyond.

The old theory of the WW2 "draft" (which was not a draft), sending far more Republicans than Democrats seems a lot more believable with the more you see of their behavior.
