How do you hear what they are saying in the movie?

Tune car radio/portable radio to the right frequency + speakers (most of which don't work) on posts.

You and your friends make up the dialog while you watch.

They would put a speaker by your window I think.

Reno and Salt Lake have em too. If I'm visiting for some time, I'll try and hit one up. It's fun. The Churros at the one in Reno, are great!

I dont get the reference but I'm guessing this guy takes a lot of overseas 'business trips' right? The people running our country are all compromised. It's time to clean house

One of our local drive-in theaters has managed to survive all these years. However, our commie governor, Adolph Wolf, declared them nonessential and forced them to stay closed.

Got one within 5 miles of me. My only regret is that I don't go more.

Plenty of lucky people here.

Last time at the drive-in, it was a Richard Pryor movie.

ours is limited in operations time. Being In Indiana on the far west side of eastern time. It doesn't get dark enough for the first movie until 9:45pm in the summer. Try keeping the kids up for that.

Hell I can't keep myself up! Fiancee and I went to see a double feature last summer of Toy Story 4 and... maybe lion king? Second movie didn't start until about midnight and I was long passed out before it started lol

If they haven't considered it, you should recommend a Kickstarter. A theatre pub I know doesn't get a lot of business, enough to stay open, but not buy new equipment or renovate. So they made a Kickstarter where they sold merchandise/memorabilia, ticket/meal/drink bundles, etc with the goal of driving the community to spend more.

They were hoping to buy 1 digital projector, but I think they ended up earning enough for 2!

Yep. The 2 drive ins near were I live were bulldozed for LoWIQ migrant labor. GG democrats.

I_Used_to_be_me 3 points ago +3 / -0

Got a few near me, actually. It's the only time my fiancee and I actually "go to the movies," and haven't been to an indoor theater in, probably about a decade

We have a local drive in theater here in Vegas. There was an article online stating that they were getting ready to open for the season. Everyone cheered. Governor Sissypants quickly put the kibosh on that! Silly peasants.

How dare you live your life, in the spirit of these unconstitutional laws by finding ways to successfully and safely isolate while living life as normal as possible!!! You're supposed to be locked in your prison house cell and be miserable!!!!

Got two in Florida within driving distance. Not sure if they're "allowed" to be open now.

Or you could not be supporting Pedowood. “Amazing, well dressed people”. Seriously?

“Amazing, well dressed people”. Seriously?

The above masterpiece was filmed in New York City.

The superstar pictured above, helping the young lad, is amazing and well-dressed.

He is also the President.

Thanks for pointing out to me; I wrote that at like 5:30 am here from my phone, was grumpy and still waking up.
