Pretoria and other cities in South Africa are pretty cool to explore in Street View, almost everybody has 8ft high walls around their houses, most people in the richer neighborhoods have electric fences, and other people have metal spikes or razorwire.
I wouldn't 'vacation' there in real life though, would probably get carjacked or robbed.
