Should life as we know it cease because of that fact? We accept thousands of flu deaths even with a vaccine. We accept thousands of deaths to HIV without a vaccine. We accept thousands of deaths to various things because they add to our quality of life (cars, for example). Are you really surprised that with a global population of over 7billion we have another flu-like virus that kills primarily sick, elderly people? Couple in the fact that the deaths are inflated (people dying WITH Covid, not necessarily FROM Covid)
