And pills. Vitamin D is easily and cheaply available as a pill!

It is also in all the one-a-day vitamins. There is no excuse for being vitamin deficient except laziness and indifference. Take your vitamins.

Don't overdose on Vitamin D however. It is a fat soluble vitamin and is not washed out in pee, the way the water soluble vitamins such as C and Bs are. A and D are fat soluble. They are all in pill form and they are all needed for health.

Before there were pills, you took cod liver oil in the winter.

Yes to sunlight! In reasonable doses.

And wear sunglasses. You don't need a tan on your retina. That can cause cataracts later.

But telling people not to go to the beach is weird. There is a breeze, and sunlight kills this virus.
