While I don’t agree with it. Private enterprise can conduct business how they choose. Hospital systems also require flu vaccinations for their employees.
Used to work for a hospital, and this is pretty standard. If you refuse the flu shot, they can terminate your employment. Refuse the standard set of vaccinations, MMR, etc, and they can fire you. There was some leeway for those that weren't in direct patient contact . . . but not much. Only time in my life when I've ever been current on all my shots, even the USAF wasn't that on point. USAF would take 3-4 months to determine if you were missing something, the hospital took about 3 days.
This is where it gets touchy. Is it a private practice? A public subsidized business? At what point is the right of the business owners something the employees control?
A lot of questions you want to ask yourself before ultimately making your decision.
Everything being about avoiding liability, you can envision the next step where facilities start testing prospective patients and clients and deny them entry if found positive. Chinese videos show certain mostly empty hospitals turning virus patients away because it would add to their tally and make them look bad in the govt. stats!
As businesses start this we are going to see another spike in positive cases..which is just what the tyrants want.

flu vaccines are encouraged but not required...we have a choice to wear a mask instead of taking the flu shot
weird considering their low efficacy rate
Some states require it

Quit and find better job. That place won't be around for long.
i just dont want to be told i HAVE to be....its the issue of "we did this for corona so we can do it again for 'x' "
Another problem is I could test negative today...and get the virus a day after so I dont know...Im sure there is money involved in this somewhere
Poke your brain! For science!
Wait until all businesses require this of their employees.

You need to get as many as you can to refuse.
