How about this people ?? Let the people who want to work go to work (Republicans) and let those who want to stay home stay home Democrats.
But since the Republicans working are risking their lives by being at work get the government checks for risking their lives and also make those checks double or triple of what the first ones were.
Now since those who are scared for their lives want to stay home you give them NOTHING. As in the old days no worker no eattee. Children under the age of 20 would get a government voucher for food just like in the old days milk, cheese and what ever they like. (Sorry but it is not their fault if their parents are lazy they could not choose them.)
Than for the old and legitimately disabled people 55 and older get a check for triple and 3 months of free medication as the majority of their money goes for health care and medicine.
Now as for the individual states the states that are fiscally balanced get a helping hand if needed and the states who are in the hole due to mismanagement. Or corruption get free 21 gun salute as it dies. At which time it can be absorbed by a bordering state.
It is time that each individual person and state realize that you work and you live that the time for the working people support the lazy asses ends to day.

Governments are gonna need a cash infusion, but not for pensions and crap like that that has been mismanaged for decades. Halve that amount at the very least, and make it come with a lot of stipulations.
