This is backwards. The citizens should give Whitmer a deadline. If she doesn't meet that date, they should just all go to work. She does not set the law. There were only 18,800 policemen in 2018 in a state with 10M people. The people give consent to be governed, not the other way around.

The best bet in MI is for the businesses to just open and to hell with the Governor. They can't arrest them all.
But they will drag them all to court, each in turn, seizing their assets, bankrupting with court costs, for decades to come

Can you imagine having a license ISSUED by the Michigan Health Dept. You have to jump through their hoops or you are done.
