Cops are actually some of the dumbest people I've seen in public service. Granted the DMV is privatized here so it's a pleasant experience with lots of supply so I never wait more than 5 minutes getting my various papers.
A cop friend of mine (outlier, not dumb) even told me I was too smart to be a cop as I smell through all the bullshit authority passes down to the lowers to try to enforce. He does his best to only uphold just laws, doesn't use the law as a way to get at someone as an excuse to "get something that sticks". Can throw insults at this guy all day doesn't even phase him.
Grrrr. I was assuming most northern counties were just ignoring the dictats because nobody has Wu there but no, there’s a bootlicker waiting for his chance to lord it over a guy on a boat all alone.
