Any possibility these are being set by owners so they can make insurance claims while they're losing the shirts off their backs during the quarantine?
Not saying I think this is what's happening, just raising the question.
Interesting. Could be, but that seems like a lot of owners taking the same, incredibly large risk at the same time. It's definitely strange one way or the other.
