If this is an actual attack , I doubt it's anyone foreign. There are plenty of powerful people here that would be more than happy to burn some chickens to implement their socialist ideologies. The same people may also have the power to make it hard for investivators to do their jobs, and keep the media from reporting it anyway. Eyes on is the best we can do.
