In addition to be impressive, that’d mean Russia ‘hacked’ the election by providing ample documented evidence of the other candidate and their party being horrible criminal types that did not at all like or respect their constituents, that evidence being their actual correspondence. Even if they somehow found and proved that to be what happened, it’s not exactly an endorsement of their side. If anything it kind of makes Russia look like an ally. I don’t believe Russia did that and there’s no proof, but it’s another example of a self-defeating argument on their end.
