Flynn plead guilty because there was an illegal, unwritten agreement not prosecute his son. Confessions under duress or torture are not admissible in a court of law.
They also sign confessions in China.
The sentencing phase was subsequently vacated, which is essentially a tactical retreat by the perpetrators of this scam.

FBI = Federal Bureau of Investigation (of potential crimes). FBC= Federal Bureau of Crime. They actually create criminal activity, like a crime syndicate.
