The fact that he's made it this far along is proof that the Democratic Party doesn't have the political intelligence to replace him. This election it's all about running a placeholder in a race they know they can't win they'll save their money for 2024...if they can even make it that far. If they grow a pair and realize their party won't survive another 4 years of Trump they'll havyto switch to Hillary or Cuomo and blow a mountain of money on a race they know is doomed but they desperately need anyway.
