That weak idiot who is commenting on McGowans post is a gullible fool. The accusations were in the 90's. Larry King episode in the 90's. The neighbors communication with Reade in the 90's. Her dads book, which she supposedly copied came out in 2010. He's a dimwit. 😂
I agree with the spirit of your response, but corroborate is the wrong word.
Her dad's book, her mom's call in to CNN and her original accusation all have the same source: her. Just like the Yahoo article about the Steele dossier did not corroborate the contents of the dossier because Steele was Yahoo's source as well. You need a second source to corroborate in this context.
"Validates" is what you are looking for, I think. Since it shows her story never changed, it lends a bit more credence. Even that seems too strong of a word
i read the actual paragraph from the dad's novel, it doesn't sound like anything connected to the daughter's incident. It just sounds like a generic raunchy love sequence, like the most common type of romance scene. "He shoves her against the wall, opened her legs." If i were to be asked to come up with a generic spicy sex sequence, that would be it.

her dad's book corroborates here story further, or am i misssing something here. Here dad would have been inspired by her

I'm tired and rambling. Carry on.

The guy was trying to say she got her story from the book when the book didn't come out until years after she reported the assault.
