3. Federal Government Subcontractors.
4. State Government Subcontractors.
5. Government Supplier Corporations such as, Google, Facebook, Twitter, Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, Lockheed Martin, Dow Jones, Microsoft, Apple, McNeil, Any Drug Company, Any Insurance Company, Any Mortgage Company, Any Bank, any IT worker, Any electronic voting machine manufacturer, any Lawyer that is a Bar Member.

Any of these entities will sell or transfer your private information without your consent, don't try to send a response citing "the rule of Law".
