I had a Facebook argument (that was my first mistake right there) in which some a-hole said working and being out in public is a “perceived right” and isn’t morally correct in this time with the pandemic. I pointed to one of the first sentences in the Declaration of Independence: that we have inalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. He went off and said he prefers to take his rights from the constitution and then bailed from the convo. I guess he’s never heard of the first amendment past the line of freedom of speech... freedom of assembly. These people drive me nuts.
