There are no legal guarantees for free speech on internet sites like Twitter and Facebook.

I'm not saying there shouldn't be... but there are none now.

If we don't like it we need to change the laws.

Yea there are. The government subcontracts their spying out to them so they have every bit of duty someone in government has towards adhering to the Constitution.

I am familiar. However, if we can prove they are a proxy for the NSA, then they arent a private company, and are privy to other rules being a public arm.
