Because Gab doesn't have the same reach as Twitter. If you're trying to use it to get a message out to the general public, Gab isn't a really good option. Although maybe if people used it more it could become a good option.

What would be nice is an app that would post the same thing to Gab and Twitter without having to do each separately.
