So in other words it's like the flu where it comes on strong in the winter and then peters out?

That's what Trump correctly said, yet the media made fun of him.

please post your sources. I'm tired of these pictures that have no source.

Thank you. I just want to reiterate we're not CNN. We want to actually provide sources for our arguments.

Not just cold places but being stuck inside ... You know people in the south said fuck it and went outside despite quarantine . The virus cant live as well outside so they stayed healthy.

You should have seen the crowds for the Blue Angels/Thunderbirds flyover in Atlanta. America is ready to get out of the house! There was a massive traffic jam getting out of Perimeter Center. It was like a pre-Covid weekday at 5:30.

We aren't completely opened in GA.
I spent my mandatory vacation bringing an old Trans Am back to life. Dropped about 6 grand in parts: GM performance intake manifold, Holley sniper efi, Holley high flow fuel pump, MSD distributor/ignition, long tube headers, 3" exhaust, lowering springs, misc materials for fabrication and of course new battery and tires. Did all the work myself including dyno tuning, and finished 2 days after the tag office closed. They're still closed indefinitely. I'm fucking gutted. Guess I'm gonna drop another 2 grand on a cam and cnc porting the head while I wait. Gonna need some more of those stimulus checks.

FYI: The shaded par of the graph on the right is to account for test results that have not come back yet. In short, these aren’t the final numbers.

I’ve been watching this page for Georgia for weeks now and, while this graph does it has gotten better, it hasn’t ‘collapsed’. As reports come in, that shaded area gets flatter.

That said, Georgia has ramped up testing significantly to the point it jumped from being ranked 45th to 30th in tests performed in a relatively short period of time. So, there will naturally be more positives. The good news is Kemp did an interview Thursday where he said they see the number of positive tests going down.

GA is looking good on Rt.live

Yeah, that was the number Kemp cited when making the decision to start opening up GA in the first place. The Rate of infection has been below 1.0 since the beginning of April.

  • 14-day window – Confirmed cases over the last 14 days may not be accounted for due to illnesses yet to be reported or test results may still be pending.

Ironic that half of that page is dedicated by statistics per race...but none by age nor comorbidity. Good job, Georgia department of health!

There is an entire tab on that hat page dedicated to comorbidities and age.

Do you have a screen shot? I looked over it in great detail when I posted and again this morning, and see only comorbidities as they relate to RACE and SEX. Nothing on age.

There is a 'Deaths in Georgia' tab underneath the map if you are looking for age.
