We live in a time where "normal people" believe and spout lies and bullshit and "conspiracy theorists" are the ones who know the truth.

I slow clap your soap boxing. Literally just finished a 46 page return to the office plan that literally lays out to grown adults how to wash their hands, don't touch their face, and stay healthy/stop eating shit food...

I have some work in California. To your point, I had to pay to get a breathalyzer added to a company truck for a dui employee, because they claimed "alcoholism was a disability" and I didn't have a clear plan for DUIs pre hiring this person. ...... when I grew up, you got a DUI, you lost your company vehicle and maybe your job..... welcome to clown world.

They get away with this shit because those of us who put out hands to a task and our noses to a grindstone manage to keep things going despite their bullshit. The only way this ends is if we go full "Mad Max," "Fallout," "40k," ANY kind of dystopian future, really, where their kind of bullshit gets you shot by raiders, eaten by cannibals, and then made into decorations for some form of "Battle Bus" in the wasteland. Of course, by then 90% of US are dead, and the other 10% are calling themselves Kranglor the Mutilator and dressing almost entirely in spikes and leather.

agile_a 2 points ago +3 / -1

as we warned in the beginning- democrats in social media have begun using censorship to silence dissedents against the democrat party.

to censor anyone who speaks against democrats or their narratives

this is 1984 dictatorship. when something as american as speaking out against a politician will get you silenced because you spoke out against the WRONG politician

and the problem is worse. because the Republican party is 100% controlled by corporate interests (the republican party is essentially a lobbying firm for corporations)) so you cant rely on Republicans to do anything about it. theyre incompetent

we need a NEW party or politician running on the platform of fighting censorship even from corporations. because corrupt Republicans wont do it. and corrupt democrats wont do it

khp041000 4 points ago +4 / -0

I grew up in the setting where someone could get a DUI and have to have a breathalyzer installed, but they did it out of shame knowing they screwed up but they wanted the breathalyzer so they could prove themselves to their peers and show that they knew they messed up but were out to rectify themselves. None of this "disability" shit.

46 pages, forty six. President Trumps Coronavirus Guidelines for America fit on a Post Card.

The CDC/FEMA Pence Plan To Reopen America is Four Pages. That's 4 power point pages so more like one normal page.

Think about that your office manager need 11 times the pages to open and office than the President needs to open a country.

3
NoSteppy2020 3 points ago +3 / -0

Not sure if you're trying to shame me, so I'll start from a positive end and see how you respond.

46 pages, because I have 73 job sites/office trailer in 10 different states, each site has a different jurisdiction that some local ahole mayor thinks they are above the law. This is my company, that I built from the ground up. I will be damned if I lose it to a frivolous lawsuit over the CCP Virus.

1
aangler100 1 point ago +2 / -1

Did not mean to offend, it sounded to me like you said you finished reading a 47 page memo some under-manager had written. If your attorney says you need 47 pages, you need 47 pages. I hate this whole situation, and truly wish you the best of all outcomes, if you have a presence in MI, and I can help, let me know.

Not all conspiracy theories are true

But many are

And the cia invented the term “conspiracy theorist” to marginalize critics of the official jfk assassination narrative

If anything its those propaganda mags like Teenvogue that need to be shuterred. Their goal is to corrupt the youth.

Research Mindgeek. It goes deeper than you may think.

On the flip side, parents should not allow their children to have unfiltered or unsupervised internet access.

9
NoSteppy1776 9 points ago +11 / -2

It doesn't matter. To quote Jeff Goldblum, "Porn, uh, finds a way."

People need to relearn the dangers of sin. The concept isn't just there to finger wag. It's there to literally save your soul.

We need a serious change in our immigration and education systems.

America is a racist shithole and Hitler is president. Also, everyone wants to be here. And if you point out that the shithole they fled is, well, a shithole, you're a racist, because all cultures are equal and beautiful.

Conspiracy theory used to mean that you took a single circumstantial piece of evidence or improbable event and extrapolated a complex web of unproven unlikely events and people involved in a grand scheme to complete your explanation.

Now it just means you used evidence and deductive reasoning instead of whatever the media says.

10
christianknight 10 points ago +10 / -0

The term conspiracy theory is part of a CIA op to discredit whistleblowers.

5
Flak 5 points ago +5 / -0

While the genesis of the term is that, it's still a phenomenon regardless what you want to call it. Like people who still believe Sessions is in on some 36D chess move to bring all the bad guys down.

1

6
Wanderlust 6 points ago +6 / -0

We're not powerless. We're left with very few powers. We're hesitant to use them because the price is extraordinarily high. Individually and as a nation.

4

1
Beef_Vegan 1 point ago +1 / -0

I think it's destined to happen at this point. The question is: when? Could be this year or in 20 years. Many people know it's happening but because it's so slow groups haven't jumped into retaliation, only individuals where there are major repercussions. In the face of a clear and present problem, Americans are fearless and quick to respond. The issue is that the current situation isn't exactly clear but it is present. I used to think we'd never get this far.

1
someoldcoderguy 1 point ago +1 / -0

Americans are fearless and quick to respond

This may be true on some things, but we can also be very slow to respond. For an example, look at WW2. Almost the rest of the world was engulfed in war, and we didn't get involved until we were directly attacked. When we had no other choice.

9

This picture, except they are ghouls in the Fallout universe 200 years after mutually assured destruction went down because they fucking sold out their own people.

Noted here in the Seattle area. Alarming. Chilling. Logic-deficient women that drone on about how much they care & how much I don't because I don't march to the feminist song. Sad.

3
JoePCool14 3 points ago +3 / -0

Because females are built to think more emotionally, generally speaking. You can notice this in anything, not just politics. The propaganda networks use that to their advantage to try and brainwash them Into thinking the Chinese flu is the death of society. This in turn makes them want more control over them and everyone else from Daddy government.

People just aren't tough anymore. Nothing but a bunch of weaklings running around making policy. Levin nailed it years ago, some cuck leftists was throwing a bunch of what ifs at him, and he straight up said TOUGHEN UP. Stop acting like someone or something else is supposed to swoop in and save you, they aren't. And if by some chance they do, there is a hefty price to pay.

I got into it with a guy who insisted that since the "government" enforces public decency laws (you can't go outside not wearing pants etc) being forced by law to wear a mask for public safety should be of no concern

Guy didn't understand it isn't about the mask, it's what comes with the mask, and more importantly what comes after. He didn't get it after I mentioned everything from burkas to the star of David.

I told him he'd make a good slave

Honest question, what rights are being taken away here?

1
-1
maga_2020 -1 points ago +1 / -2

Couple of problems with that picture that I feel were intentional to try to prove a point:

1.) We have a right to peaceful assembly which grants us the right to protest, which governors have allowed in almost every capitol during this pandemic.

2.) No one has restricted our right to bear arms.

3.) Not even sure what they're trying to say there.

4.) The government isn't taking anyone's businesses from them. The 5th amendment also only covers you in legal cases like if you commit a crime or are sued.

5.) Excessive fines are arbitrary. The highest I've seen anyone fined so far is $500 which isn't really excessive. Excessive would be like $10k.

2
SBOJ_JOBS 2 points ago +3 / -1

Almost everything you wrote here is BS.

  1. Governors are regularly denying the right to protest, and the right to assemble. Those cases are everywhere.

  2. Several states have furiously moved to increase gun restrictions while they did #1 so it was hard to mount a protest. Folks understand this now and are pushing back.

  3. States are building quite a few electronic surveillance schemes and regularly using trivial mask, distancing, and driving violations as a pretext for searches.

  4. Closing a business through regulation until it is bankrupt is exactly a form of taking envisioned by the framers of the Constitution. Literally millions have lost businesses or jobs. Many will soon also lose homes, cars, etc. Those who don't lose their homes will lose equity when neighbors are forced to fire-sale their homes and market value collapses.

  5. Excessive fines includes the cost of legal defense. Find a decent lawyer who will even walk into court for pleading with zero prep for under $500. Good luck.

guitarmastershredder [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0
