A strong argument can be made Islam is not only a religion but also a political ideology. Read the Koran. It speaks of establishing a global caliphate...a government...and levying taxes on non-believers...a political policy. It encourages endless territorial expansion via violence...another polical-miliitant goal, and it advocates a justice system that is both insane (rejects a uniform standard) and perverse. These are not merely religious matters. If the local church aspired to political power they would cease to be a mere religion likewise (a preacher cannot even advocate for a certain political party without losing the religious based tax exemption). The United States has always had a line between state and religion. Protecting the rights of all to practice their religion (an impossibility in an Islamic state) while also preventing religious control of the state (not a papal state for example). If Muslims could sincerely reform their religion to be compatible with our country (as Mormons did) I would support them, however it would be impossible to know since their religion specifically sanctions lying to and deception of unbelievers. It seems to me the fewer of them the better and fortunately the intelligent among them usually realize what utter rubbish their religion is and become essentially secular in outlook. Too many of the throwbacks and you have a problem, and I have serious doubts about the wisdom of allowing them in the military.

I remember very clearly but not sure where exactly. But that the constitution states clearly that each state has the right to vote for it superior faith. For example Maryland was a safe heavan for Catholics and Rhode Island was the same for other forms of Protestant. And Oklahoma for Native Americans and Utah for Mormons etc.. Each state should vote on what they want as primary religion and then all other religions must not be able to to continue to expand to erect places of worship. . They may live there and do everything else normal but their state should represent the majority faith only. And we then can see what faith truly is prosperous and states lile California will fail because theybare Godless trash.

My great grandparents came from Slovakia at turn of the century to work in the mines of Pennsylvania. They were illiterate and worked constantly, raising seven children to be patriots, loyal to USA and church. Four of their children graduated from college. One of them, my grandfather, graduated law school and later became a judge. Almost all male relatives have served in our country's military. We're based AF. We know what socialism is about and we hate it w/ every fiber of our being.

Slovakia is a sovereign nation and can choose to go its own path, but I again see this as an irreconcilable split in Europe between the East and the Western post-colonial nations.
