This news article is grossly incorrect on a key point.

And does not report on the most important point.

  1. The state merely refused to prosecute. They clearly reserved the right to prosecute later.

  2. The actual judgment is not reported. Did the court acquit? Or, did it allow the state to prosecute later?

prosecute after the political pressure is looking elsewhere, to punish them for daring to think for themselves.
