She's a racist. As a university professor, she's not some powerless, discriminated against "minority". She's more powerful than at least half the country just in virtue of her position and yes, that makes her a racist that is cooperating with the institutional racism present in all of academia that seeks to disenfranchise and discriminate against white blue collar workers because she thinks she's smarter and better than they are.
