I appreciate her honesty. She's at least up front, out and proud about her racism. I much prefer that to people who are clearly racist, but attempt to put up a facade that they are not.
Having said that, Rutgers needs to allow any student assigned to one of her classes to be able to change to a different prof. without charge or difficulty. She has clear bias and animosity that would preclude her from being fair with students who don't share her race oriented views.
