Class action lawsuits against the Governor. Draw it up so that everyone affected in the State can sign on. That way we bear the cost among us all, and we win. If we try to do this individually they draw it out forever and run up the cost; that's how they win. Make sure to include the charge of mass murder. Deny sick people medicine? Let the lawyer figure out the proper charge, but they don't get out for that. The most convictions any mass murderer in the US has is 8 murders. Very few Governors are guilty of fewer than 8 preventable deaths.
