I haven't heard this come up much, but aren't all of these state orders pretty easily challenge-able under the concept of "equal protection under the law" (14th amendment).
THE LOGIC:
If it is solid constitutional grounds for me to be able to marry a dude simply because it's legal in another state, why doesn't this apply to freedom of movement and association, etc? Those are much more clearly defined constitutional rights than marrying someone of your choosing. As in I'm standing at the Michigan border with Indiana and 100 yards over there I have a completely different set of (basic) rights.
You would think this would at least force states to go to court and establish some sort of factual basis for their executive orders and put those under scrutiny. Or at the very least we would have fodder against dipshit Gov.'s going forward.
Yes! We need to find out for 100% certain if class action lawsuits have been started in our State, and if not START it; correctly, so that anyone affected can sign onto it.
Mass murder is of course the most serious charge. Deny sick people medicine? That's fucking NUTS. These tyrants need to die as paupers in prison.
