The day before this announcement, New York City Council Speaker Corey Johnson accused Samaritan’s Purse of fomenting “hate” and declared, “It is time for Samaritan’s Purse to leave NYC.”

“This group, led by the notoriously bigoted, hate-spewing Franklin Graham, came at a time when our city couldn’t in good conscience turn away any offer of help. That time has passed,” he wrote. “Their continued presence here is an affront to our values of inclusion, and is painful for all New Yorkers who care deeply about the LGBTQ community.”

This sick bastard should get down on his knees and apologize to each and every patient that was treated in this hospital. What an ungrateful asshole.

Thank you Samaritans purse for coming to NYC and helping in their time of need and it is appreciated by the good people of NY. Maybe if the governor had used all the available resources he wouldn't have sent positive patients back to nursing homes to die or infect others.Common sense lacking in politicians.

Beautiful? I lived 26 years in NYC. It's fucking DISGUSTING. I still live in the area, on the Jersey side. It's so horribly disgusting and polluted and mismanaged. I need to get out of here.
