Everyone on r/politics is either 13 years old or a complete moron with no critical thinking skills

Only half their traffic is even based in the US and some of that is probably proxy.

You would think foreigners would be more apt to look at American leadership based on foreign policy, as that is what affects them, and not buy into the Democrats = good, orange man bad propaganda. But they don't, at least not the types that are drawn to a cesspool like r/politics

Considering they’re currently praising the Teen Vogue article calling the lockdown racist, this seems about right.

Most vocal people there probably aren’t real. I know for a fact a very large portion of them aren’t from America because they’ll tell you that. There’s plenty of reason for people in other countries to go to websites like that, or even this one, but the larger reason on Reddit is that they’re part of groups that are paid to do that. You can find out real quick if you try going against the grain with a comment. Even if it’s in some old hidden area no one can see, and you’re polite, the downvote frequency never adds up, and the responses all echo the same script if you get any. Reminds me of reviews on Rotten Tomatoes for woke films, or Tweets. Someone put a bunch into a database and sorted them and you can tell they were put together by bots or people paid to use set phrases. You do that for the opposite responses, and you never see that behavior.

I used to like hooking a Correct the Record shill and asking them what the Clinton Foundation actually spends its money on. The best they could do is say "they built a warehouse in Africa! They help streamline the production of medications!" What does that even mean? Where did the hundreds of millions of dollars they've raised go? Their handlers couldn't give them an answer so they would try to change the subject.

Right now trying to ask people about Voter ID in an honest way like you’re all for Biden but don’t get why people oppose Voter ID is the same thing. They kept trying to change the subject. “I think you’re confusing election fraud with voter fraud,” “election fraud is the bigger issue,” “there has never been any evidence of voter fraud,” etc, alongside being told to check my privilege. All they did was dance when I asked people simple things like “Who doesn’t actually have an ID? Seems like nobody. You’d need an ID to even drive to a polling place. Or to drive at all. Or to work. Or to drink. Or seeing an R rated movie. Seems like everybody has ID. I don’t see what the big deal is. Everyone replying to me against Voter ID has an ID.” A couple people agreed with me, then were immediately downvoted to hell at a rate that would not organically make sense, one of which got deleted, presumably by the user because they were falling fast. No matter where you go on that topic though, it’s always the same set of preset phrases cobbled together.

I don’t like the Clintons but I can’t say their charity is uniquely corrupt, outside of maybe being the best at being corrupt. Seems like most charities are money laundering schemes or just corrupt. Not all. Food banks for the US are real. You can go there and see it. But most things here on that end seem full of it, as are most nonprofits in my area.

I tried talking to somebody on the street in the Bay Area asking for money for a charity one time about that. I was really nice, and just asked what they were going to do with the money. She kept getting vague and said ‘help the cause’ since it was an environmental thing, and I just said “that’s great, but what specifically are you going to do with the money to do that? You just keep saying you’re going to use it for ideas. What specifically will happen with the money?” She just got angry. I was nothing but nice and polite, doubling over backwards to be nice. “I can give you money if you can tell me what specifically is going to be done with it.” She said they were thinking about starting a Facebook group. Better be a pimp ass Facebook group if it’s supported by hundreds of millions of dollars, as this was a very big charity. I asked her why they just couldn’t make a Facebook group without the money in their spare time and she just got angrier. Too bad. She was otherwise hot.

I knew the real answer was that the money would be used to hire more people like her to ask for more money, then suddenly vanish in administrative costs.

Operations like this are the reason. https://www.sfgate.com/news/article/Initiative-seeks-to-challenge-Trump-s-online-15241493.php

“The group, Defeat Disinfo, will use artificial intelligence and network analysis to map discussion of the president's claims on social media. It will seek to intervene by identifying the most popular counter-narratives and boosting them through a network of more than 3.4 million influencers across the country - in some cases paying users with large followings to take sides against the president.”

They use massive bot operations to flood popular sites with anti trump propaganda and push it to the top with artificial likes and views.

Based on that description it seems doomed to fail, and sounds like they’re just going to do what they did last time and charge more for it. Most projects using ‘AI’ and other buzzwords all end up doing jack shit of value, despite being very expensive. “OMG, MACHINE LEARNING! ADVANCED ALGORITHMS! DRUMPF WON’T KNOW WHAT HIT HIM! WE’RE GOING QUANTUM.”

If you want to counter Trump, just hire people that are well liked and effective speakers to argue against him. And even then it’s not going to work because they’re going to hire people that are already against Trump and have followers against Trump and aren’t effective speakers because they never are. They need to win swing states, and they keep pumping money into winning CA and NY a million times over. In the Bay, we had so many useless rallies filled with celebrities for a state they already had in the bag for 2016. They did nothing to even listen to people in the swing states, and they didn’t even show up to listen to them. Half their campaign was built on insulting those people and calling them racist. This shit ain’t complicated.

If they really wanted to fight Trump and buy people off, they’d start buying off people like PewDiePie, Scott Adams, Dana White, and Alex Jones. Many others, but using them as an example, they have a huge impact on a lot of people in getting the word out to people that support Trump that they would need to get switch if Biden had a chance to win. And, much like with other people in their position, they can’t really be bought by the DNC. They’re all already rich, and if Alex isn’t rich he’s at least crazy enough and too far gone to ever support the DNC. He just described how he was going to eat some of them.

What I foresee happening with that is that they’re just going to put more money into Reddit and Facebook and Instagram because some tech folks through buzzwords at them like AI, and then 2020 goes like 2016 did, if not worse. I mean they already do own and flood all popular sites with anti Trump stuff. They already did buy off all the Hollywood folks. I’m not sure who else they think they’re going to buy off.

True. Its like billionaires donating all their money to foundations which they own and control and use to pay for all their expenses.

Leftists can't help but have terrible hypocrite beliefs. Their garbage parents never taught them about how shameful hypocrisy is.
