I just got a kid a job for me. Carpenter. Starts at $30/hr before benefits, healthcare day 1. When I started I worked at mcdonalds before, I brought home like $10 more a week at mcdonalds than I did as a carpenter apprentice. By my tthird year I made 100k but that first year I didnt make shit. Asked the kud what his take home was, it was like 750 a week, hes 19
I didnt say I made 750 at mcdonalds, I made like 340 take home for 2 weeks at $4.50 an hour. I made 160 a week as a carpenter. In 20 years its gone up like shit, 5 times take home. Its Ca. Mcdonalds here now pays like 17/hr or so
Uh yeah, 20 years ago I did. Literally told you that. Union carpenter pays dues, work fees, benefits. My pay more than doubled but my take home dropped. Yeah, so if you cant find a job just think about how I gave a 19 year old kid $30/hr and benefits lol
And just fyi, in 1999 levis were 40 bucks, nikes 100. I got levis for 20 last year, nikes are still 100. At mcdonalds I made 4.50 an hour or 4.75, idk, now its paying 15-20. Quit crying
Oh and your inflation got destroyed. Sure some things have inflated, but not 4 times. True inflation is less than double, artificial inflation is actually falling in line with that as our currency gains value. So the kids today making 4x what I did at mcdonalds are getting paid a lot more than I was. And youre underemployed, which is funny. Fucking millenials are such losers lol

But theres about 5 pages of them kinda talking but they talk shit about people (semi normal stuff) then it seems theyre at the same restaurant at different tables. They comment about the hot waitress then her dad then start bombing on millenials. Theyre saying he might be an immigrant and probably makes way more than college grads lol
